Ella's Christmas Recital

 Last week Ella had her first Christmas tap performance.  She took a late nap and woke up a little grumpy so I was kind of worried how she would do.  Well, this girl was born to be on stage!  She had the whole crowd smiling and laughing.  It was quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen and we were all busting with pride!  Way to go sweet Ella Boo!

Griffin was SO proud of his sister.  He kept telling her she did a great job.

Oh Christmas Tree...

 This year we decided to order a new prelit Christmas tree.  I did a ton of research online to find a very realistic tree with a reliable warranty.  Ha!  What a joke!  The tree we received had a stand of lights already out and the exchange process has given me more than a few grey hairs.  I finally had enough and the kids were more than ready to decorate their tree so we decided to get a real tree again this year. They had the best time picking out the perfect tree and having adventures in the "forest".  The tree is really beautiful and now I'm questioning why we would ever wanted another artificial one!  AHHH

Catching up...Again

 So I know I'm way late posting all our Fall/Halloween fun, but I'm really going to try to stay caught up this time ;).  We had such a great Halloween!  Griffin was Luigi (he's into all things Mario) and Ella was a Kitty Cat.  These pictures are from a trip to Zoo Boo, the pumpkin patch at St. Peter's, pumpkin carving night, and our neighborhood Halloween party.

Fish Fry

 Another one of my favorite family traditions in Colorado is Fish Fry night.  The boys save up the trout and brookies from their fishing trips and we all gather for games, guitar playing, and fish eating!  Luke, Lindsy, and sweet baby Emma came in from Denver and it was so good to love on her.  She is seriously the best baby!!!

 Trav and I have been best buddies since the day he was born.  He's seriously one of my most favorite people in this world and it was SO good to spend time with him.  He loves the kids and took Griff on many adventures to see spooky old stuff.
